Six months ago next week, my right knee was replaced. Four years ago tomorrow, my left knee was replaced. Will I ever kneed another surgery? I wager not, but all bets may be off.

You poor thing! I’m glad both knees are relatively new now, though.
Hey, Neola. My orthopedist told me that new knees last between 15-18 years, depending on how they are used. I don’t know if that means NOT using them or using them. Still, you are correct; they are relatively new.
My right hip was replaced in October of 2022. So far, the left hip seems fine. The bad news — I get a more thorough TSA searches at the airport. The good news — I’m f*ckin’ bionic!
