I’m kinda creeped out that it looks like the mayo’s therapist in #3 is ketchup.
#2 is my favorite. You immediately understand the joke.

I vote for #4. Take a close look at what the snake has swallowed. The therapist is STILL taking notes.
#2 is a close second, but too obvious for me. I like cartoons that make me take a beat before I understand them.
I feel bad about the mayo in #3. Perhaps the hotdog in #1 will hold him.
