Yeah, it’s been a while. Been researching, conducting and editing playwright interviews for the Contemporary American Theater Festival. Also reading the Mueller Report, a new book about 9/11, new poetry. Writing every day thanks to Natalie Goldberg. More on all of that in the coming weeks. Until then, we need some laughs.
Albert Camus once said, “There is scarcely any passion without struggle.” Does your struggle sometimes look like this?:
Needless to say, my struggle always feels like the fifth or last cartoon. More on that in the coming weeks.
Where do you find these?
The 1st and the 4th are my favorites.
Love these! Thanks for a good chuckle.
Just retrieved this from Junk mail and it is so NOT junk! I needed the laugh even more today, so am glad that I waited to find it until now. Draw the face of the POTUS on one of these rocks, as that seems to be who’s weighing me down. Looking for liberation from that load in 2020!
Beth — talked with Carol this morning and POTUS is weighing down ALL OF US! We’ve got to get that load up and over the hill!
Also, sorry these posts continue to show up in your junk box. That’s where they show up for me, and I’m the administrator of this blog! Talk about pushing a rock up a never-ending hill!
