Adrienne did not receive an email notification for this test post even though on my end it says that all subscribers received a notification email. Neither did the notification appear in her spam/junk box.
I have contacted the developer. I may have to uninstall this particular email notification plugin and install another, but I have no idea how to do that. I paid someone to do it last summer.

Just heard from my older sister that she received the email notification for this “Test” ignite.
I am banging my head against my keyboard.
UPDATE: Lauren confused an email from me with the official platform notification. I also heard from another subscriber — so far, no one has received an email notification even though the platform confirmed it.
Still banging my head against the wall. If I hear a knock on the door, I will assume it is the plugin developer with a sly grin on his face.
